Here is the video and some pictures from today.  The incident happened near the hole at the top of the video.  Watch the guy standing near the hole after the truck pulls away.  You can see the incident at about the 3 minute mark. 

 

Can you please draw a diagram of the incident site including where the excavator is, where the people are standing, the dimensions of the trench and then area around it.  You can just do a brief sketch on a scratch piece of paper and email to to me at rmedaris1@gmail.com?
